Street Lamps
Using high-power LED (the monomer high-power or the high-power integrated module) as the basic source to make the street lamp, which is only in a beginning and experimental stage in the world. For its high power (above 60W), high heat dissipating demands (the temperature of the LED substrate should less than 60℃), complex optical system (once optics design/ secondary optics design and optics design for lampshade), high driving power supply power, and high constant current value, which is difficult to solve. The implementation of this project is mainly undergone from the following aspects:
1. Improve the LED chip optical efficiency further, change the chip surface texture, optimize the electrode structure, design the chip superstructure, improve the bright dipping angle, increase the bright dipping amount, design the inner and bottom structure, strengthen the reflecting of the chip, increase the luminous flux, this is to solve the problem from the chip level.
2. Improve the sealing technology further, increase the refractive index and transmittance of the sealing resin to adapt to the refractive coefficient of the chip, improve the aging-resistant ability of the resin, optimize the support designing to enhance the bright dipping efficiency of the sealing, improve the phosphor material, optimize the phosphor coating technology, and optimize the encapsulating technology and welding technology to improve its reliability, this is to solve the problem from the sealing technology level.
3.
